Check list for teachers to observe Students in the class room:

|
1.Check whether the child is exchanging greetings with you or avoiding you, each day. |
|
2.Watch the facial expression of the child every day – occasional head nodding, smiling fear, frowning, temper outburst, yawning etc., |
|
3.Note whether the child is maintaining eye contact while you are talking in the class. |
|
4.Observe whether the child’s body is learning forward or turned from his/her original position, while you are teaching. |
|
5.Check whether the child is maintaining distance or is close to you while you attend to him/her. |
|
6.Make the note of scars, injurious and swellings on the child’s body and find out the reason for it. |
|
7.Try to find out whether the child is comfortable with her uniform and shoes. |
|
8.It is important to hear not only what the child says but also how he/she say it. |
|
9.If you are not sure what their words and actions do not seem to fit together, talk to them privately. |
|
10.Watch out whether the child has the habit of itching, scratching, biting nails, nose picking, or not able to sit in a position, which indicates insecurity. |
